Forge stellar matter
Tap to pulse gravity into the core; works fuse hydrogen into helium, carbon and heavier elements. Every layer pushes the core toward a new threshold.
forge a star · choose its fate
Forge a star from a speck of dust. Feed it with gravity, fuse hydrogen all the way to iron, go supernova, and spend the starlight on an ever-growing sky. Then enter the Weekly Forge: four minutes, a bare star, and the same two laws every player on Earth burns under that week.
Every upgrade reads like a story: matter becomes fusion, fusion becomes light, and light buys the sky.
Tap to pulse gravity into the core; works fuse hydrogen into helium, carbon and heavier elements. Every layer pushes the core toward a new threshold.
Iron destabilises the star. Let it die beautifully — harvest starlight and remnants, then spend it all on the next life.
Spend starlight on the Constellations: a hand-drawn sky of upgrades where keystones are fates, and only a few sagas may ever be completed.
Every Monday a seeded draw picks two laws — and every player who forges that week forges under exactly those two. Four minutes, a bare star, every power you own. Three ranked attempts; your best run stands and a worse one never lowers it.
Your place moves on results alone: the top 12% of a board climb each week and the bottom 12% fall. Nothing reads lifetime starlight — a score that measures a four-minute sprint should not be banded by how long you have played. You can also look into any other division's board, any week.
Rewards are cosmetic, always. A Forgemaster theme, a champion title, and a crowned star in your Star Cloud — never power. Your position can't be bought and doesn't make you stronger.
To be clear: the Weekly Forge is asynchronous. You do not play against anyone directly here — you post a score and you see real people's scores. The week closes Monday 00:05 UTC. If you want a live opponent, that is the Arena.
Ranked duels. Both stars begin bare, both are dealt the same six cards, and the clock runs for the two of you together. The only thing that wins is what you do with those four minutes.
A duel leaves every permanent layer your account carries at the door: singularities, edicts, scholars, Gaia — all of it. Automation is sealed, chance is switched off, and the bought production surge does not cross the threshold. Having played longer earns you not one number here.
Matchmaking bands on MMR, not on power. Your rung appears after five placement matches and then moves at most one step per match — so a promotion is an earned moment and a demotion is never a surprise.
A season runs eight weeks and closes with a soft reset — your rating halves and the top hundred are frozen. Then everyone climbs again.
Matches pay cinders, and cinders are spent only in the Arena Tree: signatures, a wider hand, seals and crests. None of it touches your star — nothing you win in the Arena becomes a number anywhere else.
The queue is never empty. If no live rival turns up within twenty-five seconds you race a recorded run instead — one that was genuinely played in a real ranked duel — and we tell you so. Such a match pays 60% of the rating and 50% of the cinders: enough that queueing at a quiet hour is never punished, little enough that farming ghosts at 4am is never the best plan.
Want to play a friend instead? A room-code friendly is always open — unranked, and nobody else's business.
Your star is stripped bare, a cruel law is imposed, and you are asked to hit a goal. Alone, at your own pace.
The Dim Star cuts production to a tenth. The Locked Forge seals an entire branch. The Racing Star gives you 150 seconds. The Manual Star takes every engine, every automation, every scholar away.
A first clear never hands you a multiplier — it hands you a new mechanic: Overdrive, the Forgekey, Time Fracture, and the Artisan theme that is earned here and sold nowhere. Replayable forever for a better medal.
Each round is 120 seconds, the laws stack with depth, and the reward is the depth itself. The goal grows ×1.42 a round — but past Round 6 that factor itself starts growing, so however fast your star compounds the ladder eventually outruns it. Not endless; it ends wherever you do.
Unfolding over days, not minutes. Each realm begins where the last one ended, and every one of them is single-player — this universe is yours. Competition waits in the Weekly Forge and the Arena, whenever you open that door.
Dark panels, gold light and slow-turning orbits — a calm cosmos played one-handed, with one thumb.
